FULL DESCRIPTIONS:
Our company is looking for the qualified Operator to start working urgently.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Grade 12/ NQF 4 will be advantageous.
- Must have previous work experience on a printer and gusset bag machine as a operator.
- Prepared to work alternate day and night shifts
- Prepared to work on Saturdays when required to do so
- Mechanically-minded
- Required to assist the maintenance team with breakdowns on machine
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Must be punctual
- Must have good attendance record
- Must be team player
- Eye for detail
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for setting and running a printer and bag machine
- Responsible for the quality of the bags being produced
- Strict time keeping
- Record all production and waste
- To identify problems on the bags (training will be provided)
- Responsible for housekeeping in area of work
- To work in different departments when required to
- To Oversee and manage other staff on the production line
