FULL DESCRIPTIONS:
Our company is looking for the qualified Office Reception to start working urgently.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment or office administration.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Must have strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Must be professional, approachable, and self-motivated
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally
- To answer, screen, and redirect calls
- To maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- To manage deliveries
- To provide general support to staff and management
- To maintain filing systems and office records
- To prepare documents and support general office operations
- To assist with posting job vacancies on appropriate platforms
- To screen CVs and shortlist candidates
- To schedule and coordinate interviews
- To conduct reference checks and follow up with applicants
- To maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- To support onboarding of new hires.
